Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We are here to help you If you feel you would like to return your items. You have 14 days to do so, from the moment you receive your order.
For a refund/exchange:
1. Email us: info@greeneastonline.com
2. Please state your reason and pictures of your item and packaging, if damaged. Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of certain items such as: room sprays, used candles for example.
3. Keep all the packing as we will only accept returns in the same box. It must also be in the original packaging.
4. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. We will replace your item, at no extra cost, if badly damaged in transport, or refund it in full.
6. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed once the item is received by us (in the same condition as you received it), and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Additional info:
* Whilst all due care is taken to ensure your order arrives to you in perfect conditions, GREEN EAST will not be held responsible if your parcel is stolen once left. If this happens though, please let us know right away and we will try to provide you with information of our shipping partner who may be able to assist.
Some more serious stuff: As Green East is a third party seller, it makes no warranties of any kind such as fitness for purpose. In no event shall Green East be liable for any indirect damages of any kind such as business interruption or cost of resale and our liability shall be limited to the cost of the items, except where prevented by law.
